There is a $6.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown at checkout includes any fuel surcharges, service charges and tax. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

USS ARIZONA BOAT DOCK REPAIRS UNDERWAY

The Navy's number one priority is your safety while the Arizona Memorial dock is undergoing repairs and the capacity is greatly reduced. What does that mean to you? Tickets to the USS Arizona Memorial cannot be guaranteed. But don't worry, you will have the best and most memorable experience possible if tickets to the Memorial cannot be provided to you.
 
Approximately three days prior AND one day prior to your booked tour, you will be notified by mobile texting and/or phone calls of the status of availability of pre-secured USS Arizona Memorial ferry boat ticket(s).  Please make sure to include your mobile (cell) phone number and local Honolulu contact phone number in your order.
 
If ferry tickets are unavailable, you have the option of being placed in the stand-by line and will not have to worry about a return time when the line is long; your driver will bring you back any time that day.
 
If you are unhappy at the end of the tour - EXCLUDING the USS Arizona ferry ticket AND stand-by line situation - the tour operator will provide a quick refund.  Because the ferry situation is beyond the control of the tour operator and its sales agents, no refund is provided due to the unavailability of ferry tickets.

 

COVID-19 Protocols Updates

  • Hawaii's Safe Travels Program has expired, meaning there are no travel restrictions or mandates for domestic USA travelers. Travelers arriving in Hawaii from international airports must still comply with U.S. federal requirements. Consult with your airline for details.
  • Due to a high transmission level of COVID-19 in Honolulu County, the National Park Service currently requires masks to be worn in all indoor areas of the Pearl Harbor National Memorial for staff and visitors. This includes restrooms, gift shop, museums, theaters and on the USS Arizona Memorial. This is regardless of vaccination status. All guests must bring a mask to wear to access any of the areas noted. Transmission levels will continue to be monitored and adjustments will be made as numbers change.

Important

  • Occasionally, filming for movies or TV shows occurs at some of the locations on this tour. If filming is occurring, some areas may be restricted. No discounts or refunds are available under such circumstances.
  • Hotel pickups are ONLY available at Waikiki and Ala Moana Hotels. Please specify your hotel name when reserving.
  • Shirts and shoes are required on the U.S.S. Arizona Memorial; swimsuits not permitted. High heels, dresses and skirts not recommended.
  • Food and beverages are not allowed aboard tour vehicle (excluding water).
  • For Standard Tour - Lunch stop en route, meals are purchased on own.
  • A bag storage facility is located in the USS Arizona Memorial parking lot @ $2.00 per item (subject to change).
  • Tour guides do NOT suggest leaving valuables in the tour vehicle; please leave all non-essential items in your hotel room.
  • Please book your tours at least 4 days before your intended tour date. This guarantees your seats will be properly reserved.

 

Security Restrictions

Due to enhanced security measures, the Navy has increased its security checks to enter Ford Island. All visitors must have legal form of identification to enter the island to get to the U.S.S. Missouri. You may be rejected entrance on the vehicles if you do not have your identification. State and federal ID, driver's license or a passport is acceptable. Credit card ID and school ID are not acceptable. Young children are an exception to the ID requirements.

Due to the increased level of alert currently in effect throughout the United States, security measures at the U.S.S. Arizona Memorial and Visitor Center and the U.S.S. Missouri Battleship Memorial have again been implemented to ensure public safety.

The following will not be allowed (subject to change without notice):

  • Backpacks
  • Fanny packs
  • Women's purses/handbags
  • Diaper bags
  • Shopping bags
  • Large camera bags (larger than the camera they hold, e.g. those with extra pockets or compartments)
  • Large video cameras
  • Luggage
  • Strollers with pockets & compartments
  • Any other closed container that might offer concealment
