COVID-19 Protocols Updates

  • As of March 26, 2022, Hawaii's Safe Travels Program no longer exists, meaning there are no travel restrictions or mandates for domestic USA travelers. Travelers arriving in Hawaii from international airports must still comply with U.S. federal requirements. Consult with your airline for details.
  • These guides encourage everyone to bring their own snorkel equipment, but of course will provide it for you if you do not bring your own. They recommend scrubbing the inside glass and silicone surfaces of new masks with toothpaste a couple of times before your tour. This will help prevent fogging that is common with new masks. The equipment provided by the guides on the tour is sanitized in-between uses by soaking in a solution of bleach and detergent for at least 20 minutes.
  • Please stay home if you are sick! The guides understand nobody wants to miss out on their experience, but it is so important to the safety of the team members and other passengers that if you feel any symptoms that could be COVID-19, you notify them so they can reschedule your tour. If anyone in your household has tested positive for COVID-19 or has experienced symptoms in the last 14 days, please let them know and they will reschedule your tour.
  • Guides will provide hand sanitizing stations throughout the vessel and at the check in kiosk. They are also taking extra measures to keep high touch areas on the boat sanitized.
  • The use of face coverings at this time is optional.
